A video with two subtitle tracks:

Definition and Usage


The <track> tag specifies text tracks for media elements (<audio> and <video>).


This element is used to specify subtitles, caption files or other files containing
text, that should be visible when the media is playing.



Browser Support


The numbers in the table specify the first browser version that fully supports the element.

Differences Between HTML 4.01 and HTML5


The <track> tag is new in HTML5.

The <track> tag also supports the Event Attributes in HTML.
